Meet The Owner

Hello! We are Jay and Julia Brock and we are super excited to bring Salty Paws to Palm Coast and St. Augustine, Florida. Our mission is to create moments of pure joy for pets and their owners by offering premium, lactose-free, dog-friendly ice cream and treats. Our focus is on promoting a long-time journey of health, happiness, and special bonding experiences for furry family members by providing a unique, interactive environment for dogs and their owners to enjoy together.

We are recent transplants from Northern NJ who absolutely love Florida life. We have 2 amazing kids who are both attending Florida Universities and are both in the military, Carleigh -ARMY and Nathan -NAVY. Although we had many furry family members throughout our lives, we now have 2 fur-babies. Cody is 6 yrs old and he is a Pittie/Boxer mix who came to us during covid as a foster and we happily failed and ended up gaining an amazing family member. Lucy is an English Mastiff puppy who is a

x-large bundle of love. We hope she will grow up to be a therapy dog.

When we came across Salty Paws, we knew the opportunity was one we could not pass up. We have always loved dogs and felt drawn to owning a Doggie Ice Cream Truck. Salty Paws is the first mobile ice cream shop created especially for dogs. Spoiling our 4-legged friends is a way we can give back to them for their endless unconditional love, cuddles and kisses.
